INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Paprika 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice 4 Tablespoons Afro Fusion Cuisine Piri Piri Sauce 1/4 Teaspoon Angostura Bitters (optional) 2 tbs of freshly crushed tomato or 1 tbs of tomato paste 2 tbs of Afro Fusion Cuisine Mango Chutney 4 Cloves Minced Garlic 2 lbs. Whole Chicken Breast
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Lime Juice, Bitters, Vinegar, Paprika ,chutney, tomato, garlic and piri Sauce In A Glass Baking Dish Toss Chicken Until They Completely Coated. Cover And Refrigerate Overnight. Remove Chicken From Marinade. Grill Or Broil Approximately 15 Minutes Either Side Basting Frequently with a mixture of ( 4 tbs of Afro Fusion Cuisine Chutney and 2 Tbs of Afro Fusion Piri sauce) If Sauce Begins To Burn, Move Further From Heat Source Serve Hot With Orange Slices
