Afro Fusion Cuisine’s Quinoa vegetable Medley with Afro Fusion All Purpose Seasoning

Ingredients
2 cups of quinoa precooked and cooled 2 cups of mixed Vegetable medley (Corn, Green Beans, Carrots) 1 tbs of Afro Fusion Cuisine all purpose seasoning 1/2 Cup of Finely Chopped Shallot 3 tbs of coconut oil Salt to Taste
Technique/Process
1. in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil and add in shallot and stir until translucent 2. Add in Afro Fusion Cuisine seasoning, Quinoa and mixed veggies and stir for about 1 minute 3. reduce the fire to low and let set for about 3 minutes and serve warm
Tip: You can perform the same recipe every day of the week and add a different twist by replacing Quinoa with your favorite grain and add in any Afro Fusion Cuisine Sauce of your choice for a totally different flavor ~ For example, you can add in 1/4 cup of Jerk sauce to this recipe for an amazing twist!
