African hot sauce is calling your name? Try this awesome African hot sauce with all your grilled meats, sandwiches, soups and stews!
This “Hot Sauce” is served along side broiled fish, Kebab/Suya, vegetable sauteed and other dishes.
It will become a staple in your kitchen. Your Guests will enjoy the burning and flavorful sensation of spices with all dishes.
Ingredients
4 cups yellow onions pureed 1/4 cup garlic cloves pureed 2 tbs of Afro Fusion All purpose Seasoning 1/2 cup of leek (White part…do not include the green leaves) pureed 4 tbs Habaneros pureed 1 tbs maggi Bouillon Salt to taste 1/4 cup of vegetable oil ( or less depending on your oil intake)
Directions
1. Put all in the blender and mix to obtain a smooth paste 2. Cook at medium fire in a saucepan for 15-20 minutes 3. Serve at room temperature with your grilled meat, vegetables, seafood and other dishes
