African Beef Satay with AFC Coconut curry Sauce

INGREDIENTS
2 cup Afro Fusion Cuisine’s Peanut Coconut curry 2 LB of Beef Filet 1 tbs smoked paprika 1 tbs of granulated garlic 1/2 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp freshly grated Ginger 1 tbs of granulated onion 3 tbs fresh coriander leave thinly sliced Salt Pepper to taste Cayenne (optional) 12 fresh bay leaves ( optional) only if you are using skewers 12 Skewers ( optional)
METHOD
HOW TO MAKE THE TOFU SATAY? Step 1. in a small bowl, mix crushed garlic, ginger, turmeric, ground coriander seeds and cayenne – Divide in 2 – Use 2/3 to marinate your tofu and 1/3 to make your Peanut dipping sauce that goes along with your African Satay Step#2 -Place your Beef gently seasoned In a ziptop bag and pour over 1 cup of Afro Fusion Cuisine peanut coconut curry. Marinate in a cold place (refrigerator) for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor penetration Step# 3– When ready to cook. You can put your fillets on skewers that have been damped in water for at least 1 hour.
You have the following 4 options to cook: – Pan-sear your beef filets on stove top (2-3 minutes per side until browning occurs) – On a Indoor Grill ( George Foreman or panini) Grill each of your beef filets each side for 3-4 Minutes – Bake in a baking pan for 5- 7 minutes or broil for 2-3 minutes per side – Outdoor grill – Indirect heat is perfect – 2-3 minutes each side Once your beef is ready – Set aside on a serving tray and make the dipping sauce that will complete this dish!
HOW TO MAKE YOUR SATAY DIPPING SAUCE to serve along side your beef when ready to eat —Mix in a small saucepan 1 cup of Afro Fusion Cuisine Peanut coconut, the remaining 1/3 of the seasoning made in Step #1 —Let this mix simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes and add in the cilantro leave and serve warm
Cook Note: You can use our Dipping sauce as condiment or stir fry sauce for your noodles, rice or to serve along your favorite protein!
