Fricasse of Jerk Pork with Mushroom using Afro Fusion Jerk Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz of roughly chopped Mushrooms of your choice 9 oz ( 1 jar) of @afro Fusion Cuisine’s Mama Deacon Jerk Sauce 1 lb of pork shoulder cubed 2tbs of finely sliced sweet basil (thai) 1 tbs of finely chopped chives 2 tbs of Vegetable oil 1/2 cup of stock ( optional) Salt & Pepper to Taste
Technique
1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, sauteed your pork cubes and mushrooms in the vegetable oil and add in chives – Cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Add stock if needed ( based on your meat and mushroom intake of water)
2. Add in full Jar (9 oz) of Mama Deacon Jerk Sauce + sweet basil
3. Adjust salt and pepper ( optional)
4. Serve Over Rice!
