Afro Fusion Cuisine Merguez Stew with Joloff Sauce!!!!!!!

Ingredients
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion 1 cup of finely chopped mixed sweet peppers 1 Jar of Afro Fusion Cuisine Joloff tomato sauce 1 tbs of coconut oil 1 cup of vegetable broth 1 lb of merguez or any Afro Fusion Cuisine sausage of your choice salt to taste
Directions
1. Thaw your Afro Fusion Cuisine sausage in the fridge and cook in 1 cup of vegetable broth until done ( cut in 2 inch medallions and set aside) 2. Heat a saucepan over medium fire and add in coconut oil, onions and peppers and stir for a good 2-3 minutes until translucent 3. Add in your Afro Fusion Cuisine sausage medallions and pour in the Jar of Afro Fusion Cuisine Joloff sauce 4. Let it simmer over low fire for 7minutes
Serve over a bun, Rice, Sandwich, Pasta, veggies, oats or your favorite side dish!
